Since the requirement for gold is close to twice total that will be mined, rates for gold are certainly going to go up steadily.
Samples of ETFs would be the iShares COMEX Gold Rely upon the US, and the ZKB Gold ETF in Switzerland. The advantage though, is the fact , they are liquid.
